    3. Stroke with Permanent Neurological Deficit

    4. Blindness (Irreversible Loss of Sight)

    5. End Stage Kidney Failure

    6. Other Serious Coronary Artery Disease

    7. End Stage Lung Disease

    8. Irreversible Loss of Speech

    9. Major Burns

    10. Deafness (Irreversible Loss of Hearing)

    11. Major Head Trauma

    12. Severe Bacterial Meningitis

    13. Angioplasty & Other Invasive Treatment For Coronary Artery

Coverage and Benefits

  • Be covered for selected diabetic conditions that are covered in the policy
    1. Coma due to Hyperosmolar Hyperglycemic State (HHS)

    2. Limb Amputation due to Diabetic Complications

    3. Diabetic Nephropathy

    4. Diabetic Ketoacidosis
